Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox or a door code — add instructions when you book and they stay on file for every visit.
Do you bring supplies?
Let us know in your booking notes what you have on hand or prefer, and we’ll confirm before your first visit.
How is my price calculated?
By service, bedrooms, bathrooms, larger square footage and any extras you add. Recurring visits are discounted. What you see in the calculator is what we save on your booking.
When and how do I pay?
After your visit. You’ll get a link to your invoice and can pay securely by card, or pay your cleaner directly.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email to move or cancel your visit up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that window, just message us.
Do you clean outside too?
Yes — our Porch & Yard Refresh covers porches, patios, beds and walkways, so the outside of your home feels as cared-for as the inside.
